(op\u00e7\u00f5es atuais)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c0b4973 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c0b4973\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Acompanhamento<\/strong>: em <strong>defeitos pequenos<\/strong>, sem dilata\u00e7\u00e3o do cora\u00e7\u00e3o direito e sem sintomas, pode-se apenas\u00a0<strong>observar<\/strong>\u00a0com ecocardiogramas peri\u00f3dicos (muitos CIAs pequenos em crian\u00e7as\u00a0<strong>fecham espontaneamente<\/strong>).<\/li><li><strong>Fechamento por cateter <\/strong>(oclusor): indicado na maioria das\u00a0<strong>CIAs ostium secundum<\/strong>\u00a0com bordas adequadas e\u00a0<strong>cora\u00e7\u00e3o direito dilatado<\/strong>\/sobrecarga de volume, ou em casos de\u00a0<strong>embolia paradoxal<\/strong>\u00a0atribu\u00edda ao defeito. Procedimento minimamente invasivo, feito pela\u00a0<strong>virilha<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Cirurgia<\/strong>: preferida quando <strong>a anatomia n\u00e3o permite oclusor<\/strong>\u00a0(bordas deficientes, defeitos muito grandes) ou nos tipos\u00a0<strong>primum<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong>seio venoso<\/strong>\u00a0(frequentemente com\u00a0<strong>corre\u00e7\u00e3o da drenagem venosa pulmonar<\/strong>). casos.<\/li><li><strong>Medica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>: costuma-se usar<strong>antiagregante<\/strong>\u00a0(ex.: AAS) por alguns\u00a0<strong>meses<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Endocardite<\/strong>: recomenda-se<strong>profilaxia apenas nos primeiros 6 meses<\/strong>\u00a0(at\u00e9 o dispositivo \u201cendotelizar\u201d) ou se houver\u00a0<strong>shunt residual<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Seguimento<\/strong>: ecocardiograma de controle; a<strong>dilata\u00e7\u00e3o do cora\u00e7\u00e3o direito tende a regredir<\/strong>\u00a0ao longo de meses.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0928680 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0928680\" data-element_type=\"widget\"
